We were SO excited when April and Glenn said they wanted to make a trip out to visit us before they move to NY! Last Tuesday night they arrived and I have to say that I thought my welcome sign was very funny--they agreed!
We didn't do much at all while they were here. In fact, it was a very low key visit. The cousins had a great time playing and chasing each other. Andrew had lots of opportunities to sit in his crib and think about not hitting, but for the most part the kids did well. We went to see a puppeteer, to an indoor playground, and went swimming.
While swimming, we enjoyed a full blown water fight/ambush.
We also celebrated Glenn's 30th birthday!!! Can you believe he's that old? April made us a delicious German chocolate cake, which we ate after the kids were in bed! :)
We had a great time with April and Glenn! It doesn't take much for us to have fun together. We also took advantage of nap times and watched all four Harry Potter movies so we would be refreshed for our big date with the theatre on Saturday when we went to see Harry Potter, Order of the Phoenix and get our Coldstone ice cream! We all loved the movie and are excited for the next book!

Sounds like it was a great time! It is fun to see the cousins together. We will definitely miss April and Glenn and their kiddos when they leave Utah.
Watch it with that "old" business, Liz! Looks like you all had a fun time.
We did have a blast. We loved just being a part of their lives for a few days. Liz's prego belly was so cute. I can't believe she will have three kiddos in a matter of weeks. She is such a good mom. It was fun to see their house too. We loved it, it fits their family so well. It felt like them too, warm and friendly. Thanks for the good time Liz and Mike.

I haven't seen your sister April and Glenn since BYU. I can't believe they have 2 girls! What a cute family! Looks like you guys had fun!

Sounds like you had a lot of fun together. I didn't know you had a swimming pool...it looks quite large. Seems like a great investment for the summer heat!
