Just a box
My sister and her husband had finally purchased the leather chair they had looked for and dreamed of. They were so excited to have the furniture, but more excited about a new box for the kids to play with! Before they had placed the chair in her front room, they were making the box into a playhouse (or some other dream-come-true play thing). I think we're totally at that stage. I finally got my long-awaited pots and pans and while I am thrilled to have them, it was even more fun seeing my kids play with the packaging!
Andrew's robot with a trunk, like an elephant.
Our fort.

T&R enjoying the goods.
This picture is unrelated to my post, but I think Reid looks so cute and so big that I thought I would post it. My boys have little interest in their high chairs. They really want to be at the table with us, and it's so fun to see them at the table. In effort to not have booster seats on all my chairs, I just ordered two wood restaurant-style high chairs for them. Wish us luck!

Who needs toys when you have boxes? Great fort!
Liz--
cute box pics! And even more congratulations on your NEW PANS!! YAY! I guess it shows you've been married a long time now, since you're replacing your pans! And I think your kitchen table and chairs look a lot like ours--funny!
Just goes to show that there is no need to buy toys.
Looks like some great new pans!
I love boxes!!! Jared still dreams up things to do with boxes!!! And I love the picture of Tanner (or Reid) eating oat meal at the table!!! I can't wait to see them this summer!
They are getting so grown up! Love the pics!!!
Your boys are adorable!! I'm so excited to be reconnected again! Your post reminded me of a children's book we have called, "Not a Box"-- it's really cute. Hope you're adjusting well back to motherhood!
