Halloween weekend came and went too quickly, but we had a great weekend! Mike has been traveling for interviews and we had a bit of a scare when he got stuck in Denver Friday night; however, he finally made it to SLC by mid morning, just in time for carving pumpkins! We decided to spend the weekend with Mike's parents, as Halloween is a holiday they miss having kiddos around and get nostalgic with all the costumes, pumpkins, candy, etc. Also, our neighborhood is full of students, so a real neighborhood, with real houses was a good option.
We carved pumpkins in the driveway Saturday afternoon with grandma and grandpa and the weather was beautiful! The boys had fun gutting pumpkins and rolling around on the lawn.

At the end of the day, everyone was tuckered out from all the fun. I'd chalk it up as a successful Halloween.

On Sunday, Adam and roommates came up to celebrate Mike and Adam's birthday. It's not uncommon to have Mike blowing out his candles with someone else, but it seemed funny that Matt wasn't there! We missed our twin family! We had a delicious dinner and it was fun to hang out with everyone. We hope your Halloween weekend was just as fun too!
