You'll notice that she starts by saying how it feels so great when you've had a freind long enough that when you finally get together you talk like there hasn't been a lapse in daily interaction. Well, that's just what happened when I picked her up from the airport...until she got a phone call. Then I felt like the biggest schmuck (is that really a word) when I heard her sisters wishing her a happy birthday! It's one thing to forget a good friend's birthday when you're 1,500 miles apart, but when she's spent the whole day traveling to your house, you should remember! This is what I love about Ann Marie, she is so gracious and kind! She has seen me at my best and at my worst, yet she loves me...every part of me!
We didn't go anywhere exciting or do much of anything, yet it was refreshing to have Ann Marie and her family in our home. Thanks for the new favorite appetizer and for the double digit friendship. Can't wait to see you again in Colorado Springs!

I'm so glad you guys had fun together. The kids are all cute playing with eachother. I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am for all (well, almost all) of us girls to get together this summer :)
How nice to have a visit from such a friend. The kiddos look adorable.
Oh - nice picture Liz. You totally made up for it with that awesome dessert and 29 candles. (Though I promised I didn't care at all) Love, love, loved being there. See you soon!
I can't wait to see you all!! How fun will this be? :) Too much I guess...
