More family

I was a little worried about a three week vacation. Would it be too long? Would I feel like there wasn't enough to do and I should have just gone home after the reunion? Not at all! It was delightful! It was such a treat to have a couple weeks in Utah to spend good time with family. My parents were in town awaiting the arrival of April's fourth baby, so we had Nana and Papa time too.

This was a perfect evening at Josh and Whit's house. Whit made a delicious dinner and dessert and the the cousins played in the yard, ate from the garden, and the adults chatted while sitting on the grass. Ideal.
Amelia and Eli.

This is one of my favorite pictures! They're just such good friends, we definitely miss our cousins.

While April was awaiting the arrival of her little guy, we got together a few times (as much as possible) to play. One afternoon, Nana, Whit, April, and kids all came to Bountiful for lunch and some swimming.

This was supposed to be a cousin "late night over" but I was too tired to drive back to Bountiful and ended up staying the night, so they had a real sleepover. Lucky kids!

I've always wanted to check out the dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving Point and I finally did with the help of Whit's annual pass. We had a great time exploring all sorts of dinosaurs and, of course, hangin' with our cousins!
