Labor Day Weekend

For weeks, we had looked forward to a relaxing Labor Day weekend with no plans, just hanging out as a family, and that's just what we got.  We went to Home Depot for the kid's project (one of our favorite activities), slept in, made home made ice cream, made a fire and roasted marshmallows for s'mores, and played lots of games.  It was just the weekend we were looking for!  

 Our backyard is one of my favorite things about where we live.  We're in a neighborhood with lots of kids, yet we have woods behind our home that are so peaceful and provide a great place for our kids to play and for our family to hang out.  We love making a fire and roasting marshmallows, so fun!
