This year we spent Christmas with some of the Hasler family. Instead of heading to my parent's house in CO, we met in a dear friend's vacation home in Angel Fire, NM, a beautiful mountain town outside of Taos. Our road trip took us through southern UT (Moab area) and it was a gorgeous drive! As we were driving I saw an arch that seemed to have the perfect little hike to get to it. On a whim, I asked Mike to pull over...and he happily did! We've come a long way since peaches in Grand Junction! Ha!
Anyway, this hike was just right for our family. Our children were so excited as they scrambled up the side of the mountain and then stood in the arch. It was the best 30 minute stop we've ever made, seriously!
Andrew "surfed" all the way down.

Your kids are just darling. They keep changing and growing! Good for you making all those memories at BYU. How I miss those days sometimes. The creamery's such a great spot. We used to often make the walk from our Wyview apartment to the Great Harvest. We would get a free slice of bread for everyone and buy something (so at least we didn't feel like we were completely mooching).
